Dynasty Evaluation Centre (DEC) is an independent freelance consulting firm and a subsidiary of Dynasty Executive Group of companies. We specialize in participatory and capacity building approaches to end of Project evaluation, action research; project and programme design; monitoring and evaluation; training and strategic planning.

DEC is a team of experts, researchers, evaluators, public health specialists, and medical doctors. The organization has offices in USA, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Malawi.

DEC has extensive experience in conducting and teaching qualitative and quantitative research, situation analyses, evaluations, facilitating workshops of various kinds, editing, writing and conducting independent verification of data and results. In addition to consulting work, we also function as a resource centre, with a substantial hard copy and a very large electronic library (nearly 140 GB in size) on health and development issues (reading and electronic copying is permitted at DEC; but no checkouts allowed for hard copy documents).
